Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions our patients ask most often.

How do I book an appointment?
Booking is simple and takes just a couple of minutes. Call us on 024/522-150 or 064 286 2000, or write to us through our contact page. We will gladly find a time that suits you best.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
You do not need a referral to book an appointment with us. It is enough to get in touch and come in, and our therapist will assess your condition at the first examination. If you do have any medical findings or a referral, please bring them along, as they help us understand your situation better.
How long does an examination take, and how long is the therapy itself?
The first examination usually takes around 30 minutes, as we want to get to know you well and understand your complaints. An individual treatment most often lasts between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the type of therapy and your needs. We tailor all of our services to each patient individually.
How many treatments are needed before I feel an improvement?
The number of treatments depends on the type and severity of your complaints, as well as how long the problem has lasted. Some patients feel relief after just the first few visits, while a more lasting result usually calls for a course of therapy. At the first examination we will give you a realistic assessment and a proposed treatment plan.
Do the therapies hurt?
Our aim is to help you feel better, so we adapt the therapies to your tolerance threshold and current condition. Most treatments are pleasant or only mildly uncomfortable, and we let you know about every step in advance. Always tell us if you feel any stronger discomfort so we can adjust the therapy right away.
What should I bring to the first examination?
Bring any medical documentation you have, such as findings, scans or discharge letters, as they help us with the assessment. We also recommend comfortable clothing and trainers you can move easily in. Nothing else is needed; we will arrange everything else on the spot.
What are your opening hours and where are you located?
We are located at Georgija Dimitrova 2A in Subotica, in an easily accessible spot. We are open on weekdays from 08 to 20 and on Saturdays from 08 to 13, while we are closed on Sundays. For an exact appointment and any further instructions, feel free to get in touch.
Do you work with children and with athletes?
Yes, at our practice we work with both children and athletes of all ages and levels. We approach children with patience and gentleness, and we help athletes recover from injuries and return to full form. We always adapt the programme to each patient’s age, fitness and specific goals.
How can I pay for a service?
Payment is possible by cash or by card, whichever you prefer. We will gladly tell you the prices of our services when you book or at the examination itself, with no hidden costs. If you have any questions about payment, feel free to give us a call.
Do you treat back pain, neck pain and sports injuries?
Yes, back and neck pain, as well as sports injuries, are among the most common complaints patients come to us with. Through a combination of physical therapy and modern methods, we help reduce pain and restore mobility. At the examination we will determine the cause of your complaints and propose a suitable treatment.
What therapies do you offer?
Our range covers a wide spectrum of therapies, from physical therapy and kinesitherapy to advanced shockwave therapy. For each patient we choose the methods best suited to their condition. You can view the full overview on our services page.
How do I prepare for therapy?
Preparation is very simple; it is enough to come in comfortable clothing and well rested. We recommend not arriving hungry, but not too full either, and drinking enough water during the day. If you take any medication or have any health limitations, be sure to let us know before the therapy begins.
