Kinematic taping

Advanced sports taping (manipulation and mobilisation) for prolonged support of athletes.

Kinematic Taping® is a technique for applying elastic adhesive tape in line with the Western principles of sports physiotherapy and medicine and orthopaedic manipulative physiotherapy. It was created in 2006 by John Langendoen, and it very quickly became popular in elite sport.

It provides the best possible support and protection for muscles and joints. Unlike classic taping, it is based on manipulation and mobilisation and prolongs the effects of those techniques. It is non-invasive, painless and suitable for everyone, from professional athletes to recreational ones.

Among the first generation of physiotherapists in Serbia to complete all three modules of advanced therapeutic taping (articular, neural and myofascial) in 2014 is Jovan Rogić, a qualified physiotherapist and founder of the Rehability Clinic.

The therapy is carried out exclusively by specially trained physiotherapists, with an individual approach and integration into the overall rehabilitation plan.

After my most successful season at the handball club Spartak Vojput, I suffered a foot injury (tarsal tunnel syndrome) and sought help at the Rehability centre. After shockwave therapy combined with kinematic taping, I successfully recovered from the injury and went on to compete at the highest level without any problems. Thank you to Jovan Rogić for a wonderful experience and successful treatment.

We all know how much we athletes need rest and rehabilitation after gruelling training sessions and matches · and injuries are not rare either. I suffered a rupture of the abdominal muscle, very dangerous as far as volleyball is concerned, and I want to thank the Rehability Clinic for the daily therapies, the patience and the good atmosphere. After a month of therapy I was back on the court as if nothing had ever happened.

I have been involved in sport for 25 years · in cycling I am a seven-time national champion and a member of the national team. Three years ago I was diagnosed with an L4 disc herniation in the acute phase: not only was I unable to run, but even walking was difficult. At the clinic they welcomed me kindly, I received therapies, instructions for exercises and advice on how to adapt my activities. Today I successfully combine cycling, running and swimming without any complaints. Kindness and empathy come first here · a warm recommendation to everyone!

While playing sport recreationally I injured my knee tendon. On a recommendation I went to Rehability · thanks to the expertise of Jovan Rogić, along with electro, laser and kinematic taping therapies, the swelling and redness had completely disappeared after just 2 days, and the pain after 5 days! Many thanks, I recommend it to everyone.
