Kinematic Taping® is a technique for applying elastic adhesive tape in line with the Western principles of sports physiotherapy and medicine and orthopaedic manipulative physiotherapy. It was created in 2006 by John Langendoen, and it very quickly became popular in elite sport.
It provides the best possible support and protection for muscles and joints. Unlike classic taping, it is based on manipulation and mobilisation and prolongs the effects of those techniques. It is non-invasive, painless and suitable for everyone, from professional athletes to recreational ones.
Among the first generation of physiotherapists in Serbia to complete all three modules of advanced therapeutic taping (articular, neural and myofascial) in 2014 is Jovan Rogić, a qualified physiotherapist and founder of the Rehability Clinic.
The therapy is carried out exclusively by specially trained physiotherapists, with an individual approach and integration into the overall rehabilitation plan.
